The fucker who was jailed for 3 months for torturing a kitten(which had to be put down) recently is back in court again, for torturing another kitten(which also had to be put down) after his release. I don't understand why they don't raise the maximum sentence for animal abuse, or better yet, just impose the death sentence.
udontknowme SG exactly ... if you kill a human, you get the death sentence, but not when you kill animals the world is scrrrrrewed...
av98m SG our government does not give a flying fuck about stray animals neither do most singaporeans actually. we have quite a bad record when it comes to animal abuse and abandonment of pets.
elindra SG I think death sentance is too harsh but definately stiffer penalties. They should impose a heavy fine. That seems to work here in SG
av98m SG Dang, I keep forgetting to lots of people here money is even more important than their lives. Stiff fines is good, maybe caning as well. I do not think the death penalty is too harsh actually. If I were ruler of Singapore I'd impose it for animal abuse. And chopping off of both hands for people who run spamming and virus operations. Aren't you glad I don't make the rules here? I'd make LKY look like mother theresa.
